What is the Travel Alberta Holiday Card?
The Travel Alberta Holiday Card gives you access to holiday packages, discounts and holiday ideas and experiences that match your holiday tastes. By registering your personal Holiday Card and answering a few simple questions, Travel Alberta will then be able to identify the kind of holiday experiences you enjoy. This way, you'll be able to sort through only the information you need in order to plan the perfect vacation.

We will also send you information via e-mail to communicate the latest holiday packages and discounts applicable to your needs. You can always subscribe or unsubscribe to these information services when you update your account.

How do I get a Travel Alberta Holiday Card?
Simply complete the Travel Alberta Holiday Card request form and we will mail one to you. If you have lost your existing Travel Alberta Holiday Card you will need to order a replacement card. You will be asked (when you order) if this is your first card or a replacement card so that we can be sure to apply your new card number to your account.

Is there a fee to get a card?
No. The card is made available FREE of charge to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, and Yukon residents.

How do I use the Travel Alberta Holiday Card?
It's easy! Once you've registered your card, simply log into the Travel Alberta Holiday Card Web site to access all of the packages and discounts available to registrants. Redemption details for each package and discount are outlined in this special section of the Web site.

In many cases, you'll just simply have to present your card at participating tourism operators or give them your card number when you book to access the special offers.

You are required to log-in to the site so that you can view all of the special offers and information made available to Travel Alberta Holiday Card subscribers. By logging-in, you can also update your personal information so that you can be sure to receive information from us as you have indicated on your registration form.

No problem, simply go to our log-in page and complete the password request information and it will be sent to you. You have your choice of entering either your username and/or e-mail address on account. If you are still having difficulties, please call 1-877-421-8082 or e-mail cardhelp@travelalberta.com and we will help retrieve your account information.

How do I update or change my information including removing my account?
You can update your account using the "Update My Account" form. Be sure to keep your contact information and subscription options up to date in order to keep receiving travel information related to this program. At the bottom of this form are instructions on deleting your account. If you would like to delete your account, email cardhelp@travelalberta.com, once deleted you will not be able to access the Holiday Card offer section of the Web site. In order to re-register, you will have to get a new card.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to your various information services?
There are two subscription options available to you through this program. You can choose to subscribe to receive email updates on the Holiday Card program and to receive email updates on travel information. You can subscribe by registering now or access your account to edit your subscription preferences.

How do I obtain an extra Travel Alberta Holiday Card or I have lost my card?
Simply complete the Travel Alberta Holiday Card request form and we will mail one to you. Note that each card is unique and will have to be registered separately - multiple cards cannot reside on one account.

What software do I require on the Travel Alberta Holiday Card Web site?

All other parts of TravelAlberta.com do not require you to log-in and anyone can access the information on TravelAlberta.com without having to register their card or logging-in to the Web site. You will be prompted to register your card and/or log-in if you attempt to access the Travel Alberta Holiday Card Web site.

When I browse from the Travel Alberta Holiday Card Web site to TravelAlberta.com - how do I get back to the card section?
Simply click on the Home link located on every page of TravelAlberta.com and you will be redirected back to the home page where you can then re-enter the Travel Alberta Holiday Card Web site.
