Pioneer Acres and its dedicated volunteers actively preserve, display, and demonstrate equipment and artifacts that were used by the pioneers of Western Canada.

Detailed Description: A farm machinery and pioneer artifacts museum. The collection of operating farm machinery is on display throughout the summer. There is a historic house, school, blacksmith shop, steam building, stationary engine building and two antique truck buildings. A detailed listing of events can be found by visiting the website.

Open: May 15 to September 30 9:00 am-5:00 pm, daily.

Cost: Adult $7.00, Child (12 & under) Free. Special events may be priced differently.

Suggested Length of Visit: 4 hours.

Guided Tours: Accommodate tours for seniors, school, business and educational groups. Please call office for more information.

Facilities/Services Onsite: Free parking, Gift shop, Restrooms

Directions: Located 1 km (0.6 mi.) north of Irricana just off of Highway 9 on Township Rd 274.
